A fast and liable connection with the internet is the central point in all of our products. Our network’s composition and configuration is therefore well taken care of and maintained.

Routering

Nxs Internet has its own routering where several network suppliers are connected to. We are not dependant on third parties. Your rack will be standard provided with:

2 x 1000 Mbit Fast Ethernet connection

Two 100 Mbit connections are delivered in your rack, that are connected to two core switches. If one of the switches should fail you can easily change over to our other core switch. We don’t “limit” our connection, so that you can use the full capacity of the connection.

SLA of 99,9% on network and power supply

As agreed in your contract we standard supply a Service Level Agreement of 99.9% on the availability of the network connection and the power supply. If this SLA is not met, you can break the contract immediately. Contact us for higher SLA's.

IP adresses

You have 2 successive IP addresses at your disposal of which you can adapt the reverse DNS yourself. We can deliver as many IP addresses as you want, conform with the RIPE regulation.

Emergency number 24/7 available

If (part of) our network malfunctions, you can reach us on a special emergency number 24/7. If we already are aware of the problem you will be the first to know, if not your observation will be handled immediately by our staff.
