Managed colocation
You opt for a dedicated server but you still want to put your own system in our network? In that case managed hosting might just be something for you. Notice that Nxs offers this service as an additional service. After deliberation we can come to an agreement.
We install and administer the server that you put in our system, in that way you’re the owner of your devices, but you don’t have to mind the installation of your machine and the periodical updating of the software that is on it.
Once-only installation
The once-only installation of your machine implies that you put a full-working system in our network. We install the latest stable versions of: Linux Debian, Apache web server, PHP, MySQL, FTP and Mail or Windows 2003, IIS, ASP, MS SQL. A combination (Windows, IIS, PHP and MySQL) is also possible. Other software can be installed after deliberation, always at a price per hour. Installation takes place in about one week.
Placing in data centre for free
As soon as the computer is installed, we place it in our data centre. You don’t have to be present for this, neither do you have to pay the set-up costs of € 90,00!
Periodical maintenance
Your machine will be part of our update cycle: this means that we update your machine when possible. The latest and most stable versions of the software above will be administered on your server, you can monitor the updates and modifications on your server in the customers administration system. The updates are the result of deliberation; if you for instance don’t want us to install the latest version of some software, you can let us know.
Standard connection with backup network
We deliver a standard connection to our backup network. As a consequence, your important data is saved on another server through a secured network connection.
For a more complex setup we are happy to make a custom proposal for you.
