You can choose out of three SLA levels with Nxs Internet for colocation. SLA level Bronse is a standard service with our colocation products, SLA level Silver and Gold are optional. Our SLA level Bronse is already offering you a high availability guarantee and a fast response time (24x7 a day). Usually we respond directly to interferences. But if you wish to agree maximum response times with us, it is possible. We can offer you the following guarantees for maximum response times to incidents.
