We take care of your account configuration, spam and virus filtering, creating back-ups and make sure that the software is up to date; one less thing to worry about!
Several possibilities are divided by Nxs on two different Hosted Exchange accounts.
The “Basic” account will enable you to administer your own agenda, determine your personal task list, administer your contacts and share them with colleagues. It also allows you to check your emails anytime and anywhere with Outlook Web based Access.
If you choose the more elaborate “Plus” account, you will be able to share files, contacts, addresses, tasks and agendas with your colleagues. It also allows you to easily schedule your appointments by using the “schedule assistant”, which offers you a clear overview of the availability of your colleagues. Moreover, you can synchronize the Exchange Server with your mobile, in order to check your appointments and email at all times.
Per Exchange account you can use standard 1 GB of free disk space! Additional disk space can be upgraded if needed.
