A high service level is standard included in all of our hosting packages.

Our customers friendly staff is are available every working day from 9AM till 6PM by telephone or e-mail. E-mails to our helpdesk are answered as fast as possible with a maximum of one working day.

Besides of our elaborate technical knowledge we can also help you with the configuration of your e-mail, uploading your website or installing scripts.

If your prefer doing the work yourself, we can help you out with our elaborate helpdesk pages. Thanks to the automatic manufacturing process we can deliver an order that is placed before 3PM the same day. Without cancellation costs! If you’re a customer already you can upload your website the same day. If you’re new you will offer your username and password by e-mail the following day.
