If you are a Gold partner you can reach the disturbance number 24/7 to notify us of malfunctions in the hosting cluster. In case of a calamity you will be the first to know so that you can notify your customers of this information yourself.

The disturbance number can only be used for malfunctions in the hosting environment and can’t be used for special cases.
