Data traffic
Every computer in our network can use the full capacity of our 100 Mbit connection , in other words our connections are never "limited".
The amount of data traffic that your server is generating has an immediate influence on your invoice. It therefore should be made clear how much traffic your server is generating and which rules we establish:
Statistics available 24/7
You can consult the statistics of your server(s) via the customers administration system. An example of this type of statistics can be found at the end of this page.
Which traffic is charged?
All traffic that goes through your switch port is considered as data traffic. If you install several servers we advise you to connect these to each other with a simple switch so that it doesn’t affect your traffic.
Buying and exceeding data traffic
You can buy more data traffic each month. If you generate more traffic than you actually buy, you will be charged with 0,50 per GB. This will be added to your bill afterwards. You can change your package anytime you like, your new order will then be effective the next month.
Multiple Servers
In case you have multiple servers, datatraffic will be charged as one bundle. So it doesn't matter on what server the traffic is generated.
