Data traffic

Your monthly data traffic will be charged on the basis of clusters. Every computer can use the full capacity of our 100 Mbit connection, in other words our connections are never "limited".

The amount of data traffic that your server is generating has an immediate influence your invoice. It therefore should be made clear how much traffic your server is generating and which rules we establish:

Statistics available 24/7

You can consult the statistics of your server(s) via the customers administration system. An example of this type of statistics can be found at the end of this page.

Which traffic is charged?

All the traffic that goes through your switch gate into our network is considered as data traffic. If you have several servers we take measures after deliberation so that traffic between servers isn’t being charged.

Buying and exceeding data traffic

You can buy more data traffic each month. If you generate more traffic than you actually buy, you will be charged with 0.50 per GB. This will be added to your bill afterwards. You can change your package anytime you like, your new order will then be effective the next month.

Multiple servers

If you have ordered several servers, you can consider the total amount of data traffic as a pack so that it doesn’t matter how much data traffic is generated on which server.
