Nxs Internet accomplishes ISO 9001:2008 certification for integral organization

Quality of the business processes and provision of services complies within all departments of the highest standards

Nxs Internet, one of the most important service providers of the Dutch hosting market is since today officially ISO 9001:2008 acknowledged. This certification, which is received for all the departments within the company, proves that the company complies within the International Standard for Organization (ISO)-norm. ISO 9001:2008 is the international acknowledged norm for quality management systems.

The ISO-organization in Geneva puts down a large number of standardized norms, of which a few have a relation to the generic management systems. The best known is the ISO 9001, which is the norm for the quality management systems. This norm does not only require the quality of the business processes, but for example also checks the customer satisfaction. They check if the organization complies in a structured way to the demands and wishes of customers.

The ISO 9001:2008-norm pays a lot of attention to the management systems of the organizations which would like to be considered. Thanks to the constant attention which Nxs Internet spends on the new possibilities to expand the service of the customers, the company complies abundantly with the asked ISO-norms. One of the components which Nxs Internet recently introduced to advance the customer satisfaction, is a fourfold of the quota of the hosting packages without a price change. Also the Hosted Exchange Accounts received five times more data storage without any extra costs.

The international certified organization Det Norske Veritas (DNV), which reviewed the ISO 9001:2008 norm the last month, said in her positive assessment that "the direction of Nxs Internet is very concerned with the design, adjustment and further improvement of the quality management system". Besides that DNV wrote down that the datacenter (DCG) looks very "professional, solid and excellent. Access, security, equipment and facility are very orderly".
