Still haven’t found an answer?

If you still haven’t find a solution to your problem, we gladly handle your problem by e-mail helpdesk@nxs.nl. We will then be having your personal data, we can consult other staff to find a solution and no misunderstandings will take place concerning the spelling of for instance passwords.

What you should indicate in your e-mail:

  • The problem
  • The configuration that you use
  • The errors your computer gives you
