E-mail > Change password

To read your POP account e-mail you should configurate an username and password in your programme. You can change this password yourself via the customers administration system. Keep in mind that the new password should consist of a minimum of 6 characters.

If you have logged in in the customers administration system, click on Domains and select the domain for which you want to change the e-mail configuration.

After selecting the domain, click on e-mail configuration to change the e-mail configuration of your domain.

Next, click on the POP account usersname@your-domain.nl that you want to change the password for. This can be found in the column POP (user).

On the following screen you can change your password so you can change your POP account password.

You can now enter your new POP account password (usersname@your-domain.nl)

Next, choose "change" and your password will be changed. Don’t forget to change also the password in the e-mail program that you are using. Most programs ask you for this automatically as soon as you are trying to read your mail.
