Once you have opened Outlook you should configure the proper data to download your e-mail. Go to Extra > E-mail accounts in the top of your screen.

Opt for "add new e-mail account" in the next screen.

Opt for “pop3” in the screen "server type".

Here you can enter your username and password to download your e-mail. “Your name” is the name the receiver will see when opening an e-mail. “Your e-mail address” is the e-mail address of the domain you have registered with Nxs Internet. “Mail.your-domain.nl » is the name of the mail server you want to download the e-mail from. This server is also called the POP3 server. “Log in name” is the log in name Nxs Internet has given you. “Smtp.your-provider.nl” is the server name of the outgoing mail server of your internet provider. Enter the password you have chosen when creating your account in the “password” section.

You have now entered all data. Press on "finish".

Outlook is now well configured and is ready to download your e-mail. Press “send/receive” to read your e-mail.
