Once you have downloaded, installed and opened Filezilla, you will see that the screen in split in four main parts: Top, central left, central right and bottom. At the top you will find about four fields: "Address”, “User”, “Password” and “Port”. Fill in your FTP-address (ftp.yourdomain.uk) in the “Address” field, the according username in “User”, and your FTP-password in “Password”. You can leave “Port” empty, this is default port 21. Click the "Quickconnect" button.

You are now logged in on the FTP server. In the Filezilla screen you will find all your computer files at the left, the folders at the right are FTP-server folders. All files that should be visible online, need to be placed into the folder HTML > yourdomain.uk.
