With the remote KVM service from Nxs Internet you'll have a fast disposal over a secured webinterface, wich allows you to have root-access to your servers(mouse, keybord and monitor) without you being on location.
If you have backups on tapes, these can be changed periodically by our staff. They can do this on a day, week or month basis. Changed tapes will be put in a fireproof safe.
We are happy to take the hardware- and softwaremanagement out of your hands, so you can fully focus on your website or applications wich have to run on your server. Nxs Internet provides the installation, security- and software patches, 24/7 pro-active monitoring including solving hardware- or softwaremalfunction, and composing backups of your server. In case of calamitys you can reach us 24/7 on a special emergency telephone number. We support both Windows and Linux environments.

Also for lease of switches, remote power switches, PDU's, Firewalls and other hardware you can count on us. In this case you are sure that we have spare parts in stock, in case of hardware failures.
We can arrange a 100/1000 Mbit VLAN between two different datacentres. The emitted IP adresses can be used on both locations. This offers you a range of possibilitys for distributing critical applications over both locations. Datatraffic over this dedicated VLAN will not be billed, also data transport over the dedicated VLAN is very secure, because it is "internal traffic". The VLAN between both datacentres runs through our darkfibre optic ring. When one of the routes of this ring is malfunctioning, the traffic automaticly will be re-directed through the other route.
It is very important to back up your valuable data on a regular basis. In that way you are ensured that the data has not been lost if your hardware should fail you. Backup programs are often too expensive for our customers. We therefore have developed the Backup service: Your backups are stored via a secured network to guarantee the safety of your data. You will need an extra network card in your server for this. You will have to transfer your valuable data to our backup server via FTP on a daily or weekly basis. You can consult your backups 24/7 via the same FTP connection. You can decide for yourself if you want to make partial or whole backups and if you want to do so on a daily, weekly or even monthly base. Although Nxs Internet is trying hard to save your data as good as we can, we cannot guarantee that your backup will be available at all times. In case you do want this, we can still save your data on tape.
